Service Description
Crafternoon in the Park Clay, community & connection Join in for a relaxed outdoor clay gathering at Lincoln Green Park, Forestdale — a beautiful local space to slow down, gather inspiration and create something that reflects both you and the place we call home. This Crafternoon session invites participants to connect, craft and enjoy time together in a welcoming community setting. Suitable for beginners, you’ll be gently guided through simple hand-building techniques to create your own unique clay piece. Event Details 📍 Lincoln Green Park, Forestdale ⏳ Allow approximately 2 hours 👨👩👧 Suitable for ages 8+ (children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian) 🌿 All materials provided Finished pieces will be taken back to the studio to dry, bisque fire and finished in a soft white glaze, ready for collection within approximately 4 weeks. Tiered Community Donation To keep this event accessible while covering materials and firing costs, a tiered donation model is offered: • Pay what you can • Cover costs • More Forestdale fun This is a not-for-profit community event. Any funds raised beyond material and firing costs will go directly toward Forest 4 Forestdale initiatives and future place-based events that benefit the Forestdale community.
